It is part of the Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL) group and owns an online store as well. The company's marketing offices are located in the USA, Hong Kong, India and Japan.

More than 40 000 references are provided in the non-food categories.

A 24/7 Personal Shopper service is also offered to its customers to give out more detailed infos on its products. Moreover, UK and India based call centres, which are operational 7 days a week,  are also owned by Shop TJC.

In addition, new employees are offered training, coaching and development needed to excel in their respective fields.

At present, Shop TJC achieved a turnover of €101 million and a CAGR of over 25% each year.
