Since opening for business more than twenty years ago, we at BERIEF SOJA FIT have developed from a specialist tofu manufacturer to a diet specialist company producing high-quality modern soya products. Our product range covers more than twenty-five highly developed products from natural tofu through spreads as well as vegetarian alternatives to meat and sausage as well as SOJA FIT drinks in bio-quality from certified organic farming. We have recently added delicious SOJA FIT desserts and BERIEF bio-rice drinks to our range. We extended our Beckum, Germany-based SOJA FIT plant by 1,100 square metres in 2004 in order to meet the most exacting demands on product quality while creating more space for innovative soya products. Our secret in manufacturing SOJA FIT products comes partly from our many years of experience in handling soya, but also specialised production processes developed by Berief, father and son. Each and every one of us at BERIEF SOJA FIT shares the aim and goal of processing soya in a taste-neutral way to provide a basis for high-quality, delicious foods in our daily work. Completely desisting from GM produce as well as artificial colourings and flavourings can no longer be taken for granted, and testifies to the careful and responsible handling of soya as a natural raw material.
