Source Food Production

Source Food production is a Swedish company that was founded in 2003. It currently employs around 30 people and has an annual turnover of around 8 MEUR. The company produces both liquid products, such as BBQ marinades, soya sauce, vinegar and mayonnaise, and powder products, such as vanilla sugar, baking powder, spice mixes and gelling powders for jam making. The annual production is around 2500 tonnes liquid products and around 1000 tonnes powder products, in a variety of different packaging solutions. Mainly for the Nordic retail market, but with some export to other markets. Source Food´s objective is to be a flexible co producer that helps its customers develop and produce products that are adapted to specific customer requirements, both regarding to the product properties as well as the overall supply chain solution. The company holds a BRC/8 certificate, grade A, and the main customer base are brand owners without own production capabilities. Waste reduction, fast decision-making and high flexibility are the key factors to Source Food´s success.
