Headquartered in New York, Strat’America specialises in business development with simple, operational actions throughout its network of retailers and websites in North America as well as launching new brands in the US market. The firm was founded in 2010 by Laetitia Longuefosse.

Clients collaborating with Strat’America, for a successful sales process, go through the following steps:

• Concept: brand presentation, sales manual, product cheat-sheet, catalog, price lists, sales conditions, and translate packaging are offered when the client’s success factors and competition has been analysed
• Administration: access to an office in Manhattan with a phone number is provided so that clients can reach the firm easily. Customer service and trend reports are also provided
• Business Development: targeted buyers are contacted and onsite presentations are arranged. Monthly reports and future plannings on actions, results and feedback are then provided.
• Training and Animation: master training during brand implementation are scheduled and a calendar of promotional actions including new products launch, brand education, product demonstrations, and sweepstakes are proposed.
• Promotion: making sure that sales and Public Relations work hand in hand whether the client has their own PR agency or needs one.
