Surf Kombucha

Surf Kombucha AS is a Norwegian company founded in 2016, by nutritionis Maren, and surfer Luca. They got inspiration to make their own kombucha while on surfing trips in California and Hawaii. Surf Kombucha is a fresh and sparkling non-alcoholic drink made from organic tea, and contains little sugar. The kombucha is made with an kombucha culture, and fermented for 2-5 weeks. Then the kombucha is flavored with berries, juice, ginger and gas. 

The brewery is placed in Norway, where Maren grew up. Maren and Luca are now living in Portugal, were Luca grew up, to establish a Surf Kombucha production there too.
