We are a family company active in the world of exotic fruit for 25 years. Our company is a specialist in avocado products and is one of the TOP 3 importers on the European continent.

Syros is among the few, providing guacamoles and salsas in high-pressure pasteurization, a technology that allows long shelf life without cooking and thus preserving the natural taste.

Our modern and flexible production tools allow to make small batches as well as very large productions.
