In 1946 Masanotti family starts trading packaging materials for foods. 
In 1996, with large-scale retail channel introduction, T&M GROUP was born, owned by Masanotti & Ficarelli families.
The group is composed by multiple sister, specialised companies. Each one contributes to the creation of an excellency able to satisfy and meet qualified and customised service on a variety of products.
The key factor of the group is its capacity to guarantee the full conversion process, from production -importing raw materials- to distribution. 
The group, thanks to the precious support of each sister company, is able to: 
1. Guarantee the production of a large items’ variety; 
2. Guarantee the completeness of the items, and often using oversea airports in order to import finished goods; 
3. Guarantee, through several distribution centres, the supply of its goods to any domestic and foreign destination; 
4. To guarantee a qualified and customised service able to match and satisfy every needs of any modern D.C.; 
5. To always supervise the production, the quality, the machineries upgrade and to follow any laws/regulations evolution. 
In 2014 a long development plan has been completed, as T&M GROUP decided to directly invest to produce goods due to the understanding that goods trading was no longer enough.
Today T&M GROUP has the following machineries:

• machines for polypropylene, polystyrene and pet cups and plates with a monthly production capacity of 81.000.000 pcs and 420.000 kg respectively; 
• printing machines for biocompost shoppers, transparent plastic sheet and bags for foods with a production capacity of 800.000 kg monthly;
• - thermoforming machines for ops/pet food containers with a monthly capacity of 9.500.000 pieces;
• - paper bags machines for bread with perforated film for a monthly production capacity of 15.800.000 pieces;
• - paper sheet PE, coated and not, machine with a monthly production of 400.000 kg.
