Our company was founded in 1992 by Tanis family and runs today under the second generation’s administration.Our goal is to present traditional and Mediterranean flavors in a contemporary form by producing tasteful and efficient products, reducing preparation time. We carefully choose the best raw ingredients and incorporate them in our recipes with the least possible processing while we have established a strict additives policy, minimizing their use. 

Our product range spans across four categories:

• Greek traditional vegetable mini bites (tomato bites, zucchini bites, olive bites, etc)
• Rolls (Feta cheese and sun-dried tomato rolls, Feta cheese and pastrami, etc)
• Appetizers (Eggplant roll with feta, Red peppers stuffed with feta, etc)
• Croquettes (Spicy feta cheese croquettes, Shrimp croquettes, etc)

Maintaining the homemade and handmade characteristics of our products is something we take pride in. Delivering products with such special characteristics requires special equipment, so our equipment is custom-made to allow us to produce similar but not the same, industrial products. The continuous operation of our internal research and development department makes us pioneers in presenting new products and customizing them to fit best at new markets.

Our products are addressed throughout the supply chain, from small retail and delicatessen to super markets and from fast-food and taverns to restaurant chains, while we process orders from groupage  (LFL) to full load shipments (FL).Our company is certified for its HACCP and ISO 9001 implementations managing them via our ERP platform.Exports are steadily increasing reaching 39% of our annual turnover for 2019.
