Tay Cat, a family-owned company that makes fruit scrolls products by combining Vietnamese tropical fruits with local specialty sticky rice cakes by traditional handmade. Tay Cat started these fruit rolls in 2013 in the family kitchen and took the brand name Tu Bong – the father’s name. The Tu Bong products are available on all the national airport shelves, specialty stores and supermarkets.
