Having gained many years of experience in the field of company ownership and company management, we, the family Bianchi, owner of numerous land areas, have now decided to create a new industrial structure in the arable land of Apricena (FG-ITALY). The location is situated right in the centre of Tavoliere in Puglia, an area particularly predestined for agricultural cultivation. 

The company, ideally lying inmidst the colours and flavours of a magnificent cultivation of artichokes surrounded by the typical panorama of Puglia's countryside, is handling the treatment, confectioning and sales of locally cultivated products. 

Tenuta Bianchi Conserve Srl is specialized in buying and processing of fresh vegetables, which are grown up and harvested exclusively in the surrounding areas, e. g. peppers, courgettes, eggplants, artichokes and tomatoes, and our company is extremely caring for the provenance of these vegetables. 

Our assortment, which you will shortly find in commerce under the brand name Tenuta Bianchi, is composed of two main product lines: one for retail, in glass bowls of 314, 580 and 720 ml, and one for catering, in glass bowls of 1700 and 3100 ml, and is completed by tins of 1/2, 1,3 and 5 kg. Another great news are our grilled vegetables, which we offer also in plastic bowls of 250, 500, 1000 and 2000 G. 

Our main objective is to provide you finished products, which have excellent organoleptical and nutritional characteristics, an outstanding taste and maintain at the same time an affordable price being absolutely in range with the current market conditions. 

In order to achieve this goal, all the vegetables, all the manufacturing processes and also all our finished products have to comply with our high quality standards and have to respect the existing norms, legislations and regulations with regard to hygiene, sanitary, product provenance, work safety and environment. 

For that reason, Tenuta Bianchi Conserve Srl is currently in process of getting the UNI-EN-ISO 9001-2000, UNI-EN-ISO 14000-2004 and UNI-11020-2002 certificates and has also integrated the method H. A. C. C. P. in the company's quality management in order to guarantee a maximum degree of health protection to the consumer.
