Our Tomojo recipes replace conventional animal meat with insect meal. Source of high quality protein and rich in amino acids, it is traceable and avoids the presence of antibiotics. The insects used in Tomojo pet food are bred in certified farms and fed a balanced mix of locally sourced, agricultural residues. We use Hermetia Illucens insects (otherwise known as black soldier flies) which are raised in Europe.

Our recipes are formulated with a veterinarian specialised in animal nutrition. Made with tasty and high quality ingredients, as well as with a limited number of allergens, Tomojo kibbles are suitable diet for dogs and cats who are intolerant or sensitive to allergies.

Insect farming conditions emit less greenhouse gases and use less water than traditional farming (FAO report, p19). At Tomojo, we are committed to using environmentally friendly farming methods.
