Topan is a family company based in the heart of Veneto, North East Italy, with over 40 years of experience in the production of value-added frozen and chilled food. Our R&D is known for its high degree of innovation and extensive experience with both, the most typical and traditional recipes of Mediterranean cuisine and with contemporary and international gastronomy. Our dishes are produced with simple and clean ingredients. Topan’s production philosophy is rooted in the selection of premium, authentically sourced ingredients that highlight each region’s rich gastronomical & artisanal history as well as each season’s prestigious harvests.

Our products are frozen cryogenically in I.Q.F., which means that every piece of vegetable, grain of cereal or drop of sauce is blended with seasoning, precooked and frozen individually. The result is a homogeneous seasoning and portion-control product. In addition, the cryogenic freezing with liquid nitrogen allows the conservation of most of the organoleptic properties of foods, maintaining the consistency, natural colors and genuine flavors without the addition of preservatives, additives or artificial flavors.
