Queseria Tierra De Barros

The Cheese Factory is located in Villafranca de los Barros in the heart of the Land of Barros, this region is well known for its good wines as well as for its delicious torts and cheeses made at the Cheese Factory Tierra de Barros.

Our milk comes from a single cattle farming in the region. The ewes are fed by traditional methods, which offer health guarantees and promote the maintain of the ecological balance.

Our cheese has been produced by using only artisanal means, without any form of heat treatment and only made with sheep’s raw milk, vegetal rennet also called Hierbacuajo and salt.
