Trentin SpA is specialized in Italian hard cheese, which accounts for about 50% of our turnover, but our strength further comes from the broad assortment we supply: from Mozzarella, Mascarpone, Ricotta, Burrata, through Gorgonzola, Taleggio, Asiago, Grana Padano to being one of the major players in Parmigiano Reggiano. We offer tailor-made solutions and flexibility for our customers, mainly retail chains, but also food service and food industries.

​Apart from the "mainstream" Italian products mentioned above, we also offer almost any other Italian cheese specialty customers might want. We are further continuously working at expanding our range of Organic cheeses, since more and more consumers are asking for them.
