New Snacks by UOP Srl SB

Few years ago our company developed a new technology called "air popped system”. Using high temperatures and pressure we "Pop" starch contained within vegetables (like popcorns) creating crunchy snacks with 80% less fat compared to the traditional fried crisps on the market. 

Healthy snacks are the fastest growing sector in the food industry and the number of people that are looking for a quick snack or a fast meal is growing day by day. To fulfill that need we use simple and light ingredients to show that healthy food can also be nutrient and most of all tasty. Our chips have less than 7% fat, can contain up to 17% proteins, are Organic, Gluten-free, Lactose-free and Vegan.

Since its foundation, UOP s.r.l. has been oriented towards the well-being of people and environment and in 2021 we became a benefit company, aiming to balance our profit-making purposes and working with the mission of having a positive impact on society.
