Urtekram International A/S is a producer of organic personal care products since 1972. We produce products within the categories: Shampoos, Conditioners, Soap, Body/Hand lotion, Body Scrubs, Deodorants, and Dental care. Our range of 100 articles are COSMOS ORGANIC certified by Ecocert Greenlife according to COSMOS standard. All our raw material is from natural sources, and our assortment is Vegan and plantbased. 

The brand Urtekram started as handmade organic personal care products, blended in the backroom of a merchant shop called Urtekræmmeren in the center of Copenhagen in 1972. We still produce the majority of our products ourselves, but since 1989 it is done in our own production facilities in Mariager Northern Denmark. Today we export to 36 countries worldwide and the distribution is wide; from health food/trade channels, drugstores to leading retail/supermarket chains.

Since 2015 Urtekram became a part of the Swedish owned Midsona Group AB. Midsona Group AB is listed on the Swedish Stock exchange Börsen with a total turnover of € 219 mio in 2023.
