Our speciality is the bread

Fresh bread, produced and taken out of the oven every day from our bakery department. The master bakers work with care and passion, checking every stage of production, from the dough to the leavening until the baking. Fresh and fragrant bread re­ady to be stuffed with taste and imagination. Valle Fiorita carries out an intense Research & Development activity in partnership with many University institutes. The sourdough, for example, is one of the results of this consolidated partnership. It is obtained by three different lineages of yeast and it is the secret to get high nutritional values and extended freshness of our products.
