Since 1974, heir of a thousand-year-old tradition, the Vecchio Varzi® products are known for

the artisanal productive style, the selection of the best pigs coming from the regions of Lombardy,

Piedmont and Emilia Romagna, and the seasoning in the Varzi valley that is well-suited for its unique air conditions.

Vecchio Varzi® produces almost one-third of the Varzi P.D.O. salami production and is the biggest producer.
