Velvet CARE was established in August 2013 by Avallon Private Equity Fund after acquisition of Polish business from Kimberly-Clark Europe Ltd. Now the company is operating as an independent enterprise with the plans to build solid position in tissue business in the CEE region. Thanks to the retained business know-how and highest production and safety standards from big global player, gained flexibility of regional privately owned company and new investments in the mill, Velvet CARE offers high class production efficiency, warehousing and logistic capabilities as well as a wide range of top quality products in toilet paper, kitchen rolls, handkerchiefs, facials and moist categories under strong brands such as Velvet, Veltie and Swing or under private labels.
