Venison Gusto

Venison Gusto is a Hungarian producer of super premium, artisan smoked charcuterie product range, including many pork meat free products.

All products are made of the best possible quality meat, from animals living in the wild like deer, roebuck, wild boar, or animals living free range in National Parks, like grey cattle and water buffalo. These animals do not consume artificial nutrients, grain, antibiotics and hormones, they graze freely, therefore their meat is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids which are beneficial for the human body and health.

With the Special Edition Red Deer product family we created an exceptionally high meat content, pork free gourmet product, where we replaced pork pancetta with free range water buffalo tallow. 

All the products are made with traditional beech wood smoking and a long maturing process. 

We manufacture salamis and sausages, venison bresaola and whole leg on bone venison and wild boar ham.
