From a vineyard base in McLaren Vale, Vinous Australis owner and winemaker Peter Flewellyn tends to the Angustum Shiraz vineyard on the foothills of Willunga from where the premium Angustum wines are produced. Family vineyards in the Riverland of South Australia are also an important supply source for the range of wines produced. Vinous Australis also works with independent grape growers from a range of Australian wine regions to produce a broad portfolio of wines that capture the individuality of both varietal and regional characters from where they are grown.
