The Company was founded by José Rodríguez Vega, father and grandfather of the present owners to engage in the distribution of sugar products, main activity has consistently maintained to the present. The founder, Mr. Rodriguez Vega, had been CEO of the company "VICTORIA" Badalona, ​​which was one of the factories of cookies and candies leading Spain in the 20s.

The first settlement was installed in Riudoms Street No 9, in May 1932, as an interim awaiting the completion of the works in the store-store Raval Alt Jesus No 30.
