Virosac was built in 1973 and with over 40 years of commitment, motivation and reseach it has reached a position of national leader in the creation and sale of home care products. Virosac offers a wide and diversified assortment ranging from recycled and biodegradable plastic waste bags to accessories for cooking and storing food, to products for professional use for cleaning and for animals, as well as garment bags and multipurpose sheets.

The international system certifications on safety, quality and environment have brough the company to a first rate national reality with a production of 1.5 billion bags per year and the employment of over 110 employees.

The focus of the company is the Sustainability and Eco-Responsibility !  To work on these objectives Virosac has also chosen to produce polyethylene items usinc over 80% recycled plastic, whose origin comes from industrial waste, and articles in 100% biodegradable biopolymers.

The reduction of the environmental impact and the protection of our territory are duties to which we are all called to contribute, through real and concrete actions. To demonstrate this conviction, Virosac obtained UNI EN ISO 14001 certification in 2016, thus demonstrating that it complies with the provisions of current legislation and that it has undertaken a process of continuous improvement of its environmental impacts. To contribute to this change, Virosac has also chosen to produce polyethylene items using over 80% recycled plastic, whose origin comes from industrial waste, and articles in 100% biodegradable biopolymers, using selected raw materials in step with technological and legislative updates. In addition, all waste material, both polyethylene and bioplastic, is converted into granules ready to be reused and put back into the process of creation of our products. We protect the environment by recycling plastic.
