VIVA S.r.l. is the sole specialized Italian company in the production of fresh vegetable soups, side dishes and multigrains salads.

The recipes are simple, nourishing and genuine, no preservatives and artificial colouring are used as ingredients.

The new plant, located in Rivoli (Turin) (12,000 square meters of which 6,000 dedicated to the production), has a production capacity of 1 million bowls/week and it is equipped with the highest innovative technology, included a solar PV power system that generates 700.000 kWh/year.

The plant is BRC, IFS and ORGANIC certified.

The range of products includes 4 main lines:

• Fresh vegetable soups, side dishes, multigrain salads: conventional, chilled ( +2°C/+6°C), shelf life 4 weeks;
• Fresh vegetable soups, side dishes, multigrain salads: conventional, chilled ( +2°C/+6°C), shelf life 4 months;
• Fresh vegetable soups, side dishes, multigrain salads: ORGANIC GLUTEN FREE, chilled ( +2°C/+6°C), shelf life 4 months;
• Frozen vegetable soups, multigrain salads: conventional and ORGANIC GLUTEN FREE, frozen (-18°C), shelf life 18 months;

All the above products are made with vegetable ingredients, so they are fit for VEGETARIAN/VEGAN consumption.

The products are sold under own brands and PRIVATE LABELS, depending on the distribution channel.
