Based in the Republic of San Marino, Vivipharma has been developing and manufacturing innovative skincare and haircare products since 1977, combining scientific expertise, advanced technology and extensive production capabilities.

Our in-house laboratories continuously research new cosmetic solutions and carefully select latest-generation ingredients, with a particular focus on green technologies, biotechnology and proven efficacy. We also collaborate with Italian universities to conduct clinical and instrumental tests, supporting the safety, performance and credibility of our products.

Thanks to our integrated production facilities and international distribution network, Vivipharma develops and distributes its own skincare and haircare brands worldwide, each created to meet specific consumer and professional needs.

Our expertise and manufacturing capacity also enable us to support international partners with full-service OEM and ODM projects. From concept development and formulation to regulatory support, testing, packaging, production and delivery, we provide a complete and flexible service for the creation of customized skincare and haircare products.

At Vivipharma, sustainability is translated into concrete choices throughout the entire product development and manufacturing process. We prioritize recyclable packaging and exclusively use FSC-certified paper and cardboard, supporting the responsible management of forests and reducing the environmental impact of our packaging materials. Our laboratories carefully select sustainable, innovative and latest-generation ingredients, with particular attention to green and biotech raw materials. We also promote circular-economy principles by evaluating ingredients obtained from renewable resources, recovered materials and by-products from other production processes whenever technically possible. During formulation and manufacturing, we favor cold-processing technologies whenever compatible with product quality, safety and performance. By reducing the need for heating, these processes help lower energy consumption and the associated CO₂ emissions. Our production facility is powered by 100% renewable energy generated through solar panels, further reducing the environmental footprint of our operations. Through continuous research and process improvement, Vivipharma is committed to combining cosmetic efficacy, technological innovation and environmental responsibility across both its own brands and its full-service OEM/ODM projects.
