The natural freshness of the country between the Arlberg massif and Lake Constance makes our cheeses what they are: an authentic taste experience of the highest quality.  As a cooperative with over 500 farmers as suppliers and owners, we place great importance on tradition-conscious farming and gentle processing. Since 1993, we’ve been using that combination to produce high-quality dairy products – and the best cheese.
