The Val d'Apsa dairy has always been a producer of high quality cheeses: mixed, pecorino, fresh and aged. Located at the foot of the hill of Urbino, it preserves traditions and passion. He has obtained the BRC and IFS certifications to best satisfy the discerning demands of the market. The main ingredient is milk, strictly Italian. Among the specialties, the Cheese of Fossa DOP and the Casciotta d'Urbino DOP.
In 2002 the company Fattorie di Maremma was purchased, already at the time a local point of reference for the quality and breadth of production, mainly linked to the two Tuscan DOP: the fresh Pecorino Toscano DOP and the aged Pecorino Toscano DOP.
