It started with us running the Klockargården restaurant in Askersund and Annette's passion for cooking "authentic" food. Food that was good, with good ingredients and as few additives as possible.
In 2015, we had the opportunity to acquire Heléns Glutenfria - a well-known bakery in Örebro that specializes in gluten-free bread and gluten-free pastry.
We combined all the knowledge that was in Helén's Glutenfria with Annette's passion and desire to make good and healthy food.Heléns Glutenfria became part of Familjen Wallins Mat AB and the ambition to continue developing new good products drives us forward.
All our products are gluten- and lactose-free, and many of them also "lack" added sugar. In some cases we enrich with proteins, energy and berries.
In our product range, we now also offer ready meals and desserts, such as pan pizza and pierogies.
In 2020 we changed the name of Heléns Glutenfria AB to WallinsMat Sverige AB.The name Heléns Glutenfria now lives on as a brand together with our other brand Familjen Wallins.
In 2021 we moved to bigger and better premises in Kumla.
