Wechsler Feinfisch GmbH founded in 1960 with two locations and around 250 employees. Our company is a market leader in the premium segment with consistent quality, price and innovation leadership in the market segment smoked fish.

We combine traditional Räucherhandwerk with innovative product and packaging ideas. We smoked since inception in stone ovens, so-called Altona ovens . This tried and tested method in Germany is now almost extinct. Our smoking ovens are what the anti-pollution concerns, of course, on the cutting edge of technology - otherwise they are genuine vintage cars which we cherish at great expense, maintain and preserve. You are a piece of cultural history that is used daily by us and which we give our products their unique taste.
