Established in March 2021 through the merger of four historic local supermarket brands—Park Towers, Valyou, Tower, and Trolees—some with roots dating back to the 1940s, the company rebranded to Welbee's in October 2021. This unification created a modern retail identity focused on delivering convenience, quality, and affordability across Malta.Today, Welbee's operates ten supermarkets strategically located throughout the island, including key areas such as Sliema, Paceville, Sta Venera, Balluta, Naxxar, Spinola, Qawra, and Mellieha.
