Founded in 2013 by Pharmadom, a cooperative regrouping around 320 independent pharmacists, Well & Well is a chain of over 150 pharmacies which are based in France.

The business offers over 110 references.

Furthermore, Well & Well also manages an online shop and in 2019, it has also launched Well & Well Connect, a digital platform where pharmacists can promote their own pharmacy and services. 

Since 2018, Well & Well has developed a mobile application for its loyalty card customers. The firm also introduced the WellTab which can be found in all its pharmacies. The digital solutions provided by the business are advantageous to both pharmacists and customers. 

Clients benefit by sending their medical prescriptions through the platform and can pick up their items without having to queue.

Well & Well supports pharmacists who wish to set up their pharmacy under its banner by developing a business plan, finance solutions, providing training programs in pharmacy management, designing the pharmacy, finding suppliers, etc. 

The company has sold over 15 000 references under its own brand in 2019. Well & Well is recognised as one of the top 15 pharmacy chains in France.

• Personal Care: supplements, face care, skincare, hair care, cosmetics, etc.
• Sweet Grocery: a range of infusions

Brands like Avene, CHV ,Cattier etc, have collaborated with the firm.

Concerning supplements, the company only wishes to partner with French brands who guarantee a higher quality than the leading supplement producers. 

Well & Well has also launched its own label, Well & Well under which it provides supplements, skincare, face care, infusions, etc. The products are manufactured locally and where possible, organic ingredients are used. To make sure that quality standards are respected, Well & Well works only with certified suppliers and manufacturers.

Concerning social responsibility, Well & Well has supported the NGO Princess Margot since 2016.
