Yumi is a french startup which is offering since July 2014 different range of fresh cold pressed juices made of vegetable and fruits. These natural and organic juices are easy to integrate in the daily life and fit perfectly with the modern eating habits. Yumi's challenge is to minimize  the impact on the product quality, processing and stability. In this way, Yumi use two innovative technologies such as the cold extraction and the high presure processing method of conservation.
