In 1973, a small typical cheese making factory was established.

Mozzarella cheese represents 39% of turnover. Typical cheeses are more than 30%, while sheep's and cow's ricotta cheese exceed 11%.

More than 3 millions kg of mozzarella cheese, more than 3 million of other cheese, 2 million kg of ricotta cheese, a production capacity which puts us among the top dairy companies in Italy.

Zappalà products reach everyday major distribution chains: Coop, Sma, Auchan, Carrefour, Esselunga, Conad, Pam and more than 21 countries worldwide.

The distribution is made directly in Italy and through distribution platforms in all the other countries in EU and worldwide.
