The company Our story takes place on the Costa del Cilento cradle of good simple food Mediterranean, where the headquarters of the main production unit; in the 90s then goes on to Parma in the Food Valley, fulcrum of world food, with the acquisition of Zarotti one of the most prestigious brands of anchovy fillets of high quality. Headquartered San Marco di Castellabate (SA), is a modern factory equipped with the latest technology which unravels the complex production chain exclusively by hand. Craftsmanship and technology are two seemingly antithetical concepts but, on the contrary, provide all the goodness of the products that Zarotti, directly controlling all stages of the production cycle, from fishing to marketing the finished product, allow us to protect our excellence.
