Agrumolio Mandarin - Extra virgin olive oil Geraci
Citrus extra virgin olive oil. After two years of experimentation we offer the Agrumoli. Olives and mandarins are crushed and extracted by cold method together in the same time. The citrus peels release into the oil the natural essences which make our Mandarin Agrumolio a triumph of parfume and flavours.

Altitude: 30-300 mt. above the sea level
Olive Cultivar: Nocellara del Belice
Harvesting: by hand
Production: Crushing of olives and just picked
Citrus at the same time
Extraction: Continuos cold cycle
Natural decantation and maturation: Steel tanks
Under Nitrogen for 4 months before bottling
Shelf-life: 18 months
Storage: Cool and dark place
Tasting notes:
Green colour with shades of
orange or yellow (depending on citrus). Slightly
veiled. Green olives fruity on the palate with fresh
citrus flavours (depending on citrus)
and notes of grass, artichoke, tomato. Very
fragrance and freshness. Medium spicy intensity.
Serving use:
Depending on which Agrumolio. They are ideal to
dress salads, smoked fish, meat. Ideal to cook cake.
