Its characteristic and slightly spicy flavour makes it ideal for seasoning meat and fish sauces or giving a final touch to any traditional recipe. It provides the flavour of garlic in a convenient and uniform way. Also recommended for use directly without cooking in salads and cold dishes. Available in granulated, ground or flaked form.
