Alaskan Kibbeling

Alaskan Kibbeling are just small pieces of the Alaskan Pollock. The Pollock is frozen as a block and will be sawed into small Pollock pieces called Kibbeling. Alaskan Pollock is a member of the cod family, Pollock is found throughout the temperate and colder waters of the North Pacific. with the Largest concentration in the Bering Sea. The fillet pieces are mostly produced bone- and skinless. The finished product is strictly controlled by our own quality assurance manager. The whitefish has a firm structure, soft meat and a fine taste.
