Alaskan Pollock

Alaskan Pollock is a member of the cod family, Pollock is found throughout the temperate and colder waters of the North Pacific, with the Largest concentration in the Bering Sea. The fillets are mostly produced bone- and skinless. The finished product is strictly controlled by our quality assurance inspectors. The whitefish has a firm structure, sort meat and a fine taste.
