Already tomato Sauce "Dell'Isola" - Geraci

"Dell'Isola" already tomato sauce has a sweet taste of tomato just cooked balanced with olives and capers and a slightly spicy scent. It is cooked at least 1 hour and half in order to get a sauce dense, ready to use, a safe refuge for those who want to make food a pleasure.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Ingredients:

Tomatoes, black and green olives, capers, anchovy, extra virgin olive oil Armonico, chili pepper, garlic ad basil

Without preservatives and additive

Pasteurization system: For immersion

Production: The ingredients are cooked at least an hour and a half

Serving suggestion:

Typical sauce of Sicilian tradition to consume as already sauce for pasta or rice. Try to add toasty breadcrumbs to the dish for a particolare taste.
