Already tomato Sauce "Porcini and Nero d'Avola" - Geraci

"Porcini and Nero d'Avola" is a sophisticated already sauce. Sweet tomato flavor, intense taste of mushrooms made more aromatic by baking in Nero d'Avola red wine. It is cooked at least 1 hour and half in order to get a sauce dense, ready to use, a safe refuge for those who want to make food a pleasure.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Ingredients:

Chopped tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil Geraci, onion, sun dried porcini mushrooms (5%), Nero d'Avola wine (7,5%), nutmeg, salt, sugar.

Production: The ingredients are cooked at least an hour and a half

Serving suggestion:

Typical sauce of Sicilian tradition to consume as already sauce for pasta or rice. Try to add toasty breadcrumbs to the dish for a particolare taste.
