Already tomato Sauce "Sardines and wild fennel" - Armonico

"Sardines and fennel" already tomato sauce has sweet and sour taste of tomato and raisin with toasty pine nut crispness and the aroma of sauce cooked for a long time. It is cooked at least 1 hour and half in order to get a sauce dense, ready to use, a safe refuge for those who want to make food a pleasure.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Ingredients:

Peeled tomatoes, sardines, wild fennel, extra virgin olive oil Armonico, onion, tomato extract, raisin, pine nut, sugar, salt and pepper (Tellechery pepper variety, indian origin, sterilized without irradiation)

Without preservatives and additive

Pasteurization system: For immersion

Production: The ingredients are cooked at least an hour and a half

Serving suggestion:

Typical sauce of Sicilian tradition to consume as already sauce for pasta or rice. Try to add toasty breadcrumbs to the dish for a particolare taste.
