RISCA GRANDE PREMIUM is a nicely balanced blend with medium spiciness selected every year from our best olive oils. Its aroma is ample and complex, rich in elegant vegetal hints of artichoke and chicory together with aromatic notes of thyme and rosemary. This gourmet olive oil is produced out of olive oil lots from the traditional Portuguese olive varieties Cobrançosa, Galega Vulgar and Cordovil.
