AOP/PDO Valle del Belice - Evo Oil Opera
It is an Extra virgin olive oil monocultivar from Nocellara del Belice variety, the most important one of Sicily. Olives are picked by hand at Contrada Donzelle in Partanna, after testing them for the Ministerial Certification which certifies the origin and the accordance with the strict approval parameters.

TASTING NOTES
Fruity olive green, with hints of grass, artichoke, tomato and leaf remarkable fragrance and freshness. Balanced, spicy intensity of media and bitter barely noticeable.
SERVING SUGGESTION
With raw vegetables, soups, cheeses, salads, on meat or fish.In the cooking roasts, sauces and baked fish. Ideal for pinzimomio.
