Apple Cider Vinegar

Aromatic apples from biodynamic cultivation are the basis for this unfiltered, unpasteurised apple vinegar with 5% acidity. They are gently pressed and fermented in our in-house cidery using traditional methods and further refined into a delicately flavoured vinegar.
