Sweet and aromatic apricots combined with a fresh cheese preparation of pasteurised cow´s milk and a touch of lemon, 70% FDM, placed in exquisite rapeseed oil. A slightly sour fresh cheese preparation meets the pleasant sweetness of these dried fruits. This piquant and sweet composition is the counterpart to the antipasti-vegetables of DIE KÄSEMACHER.
Placed in preserving jars and due to a specific heat procedure, the apricots filled with fresh cheese from DIE KÄSEMACHER are durable up to one year even without any cooling.
