TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Ingredients:
Sicilian artichokes, peeled tomatoes, fresh celery, onion, extra virgin olive oil Geraci, natural stoned olives, tomato extract, capers, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper (Tellechery pepper variety, indian origin, sterilized without irradiation)
Extra virgin olive oil used for aubergine frying.
