Artisan Organic sourdough breads long fermentation
These organic breads are made with only 4 ingredients : water, salt, flour and time. We produce our own sourdough. We use a long fermentation process lasting 8h to 30 hours. The dough develops a full flavour and structure. Stonebaked. Without preservatives. Appealing visual aspect and slightly acidic taste.
