Balsamic Vinegar

Balsamic Red: The red vinegar, from the region of Modena, has a distinct strong aroma and full flavour. The characteristic taste of the Balsamico Rosso comes from the traditional aging of the grapes in oak barrels. The grapes used are, of course, exclusively grown in Emilia Romagna.
