Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. "FIVE GRAPES GRADE"
The "five grapes grade" is a premium quality of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. characterized by high density (1,33 g/l) and velvety consistency, as well as traditional taste.
The secrets of this amazing quality are the high percentage of grape must (> 65%) and the ageing in little oak barrels (220 l). Contains no preservatives or dyes.
It is ideal for enhancing specialties such as parmigiano reggiano, shrimp, roasts and braised meats, and for adding a unique taste to desserts, fruit salads, ice cream and cooked pears.
