Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. "PURO MODENA"
"Puro Modena" balsamic vinegar is characterized by a superb bittersweet, tipycal of the finest balsamic vinegars, with a very high grape must content.
It is a unique quality, the entire production chain, from the production of the raw materials used, such as grape must, to the maturation and packing of the product, takes place within the province of Modena.
It is made from Lambrusco P.G.I. grape must only and it is refined for at least 6 months, in sessile oak barrels and partly in barrique barrels.
Contains no preservatives, caramel or other colourings.
Perfect for dressing salads and for use in cooking and marinading meat or fish, for example tuna or salmon steaks prior to grilling.
